About the Scholarship

Bhaila PG College is committed to ensuring that deserving students get the benefits of the Uttar Pradesh Government's Scholarship and Fee Reimbursement Scheme. This initiative aims to support students from underprivileged and economically weaker backgrounds to pursue higher education without financial barriers.

Eligibility & Documents

Must be a permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh.
Must be enrolled in Undergraduate or Postgraduate courses at Bhaila PG College.

Domicile Certificate
Caste Certificate (if applicable)
Income Certificate (valid for current financial year)
Bank Passbook (linked with Aadhar)
Marksheets of previous class/year
Recent passport-size photograph
Current year’s college fee receipt

How to Apply

One-Time Registration (OTR)

Visit the official portal: scholarship.up.gov.in
Click on OTR (One-Time Registration) tab
Enter your Aadhar number, mobile number, and other basic details
Set your OTR ID and password – this will be used for all future applications
Verify mobile number via OTP
Upon successful registration, your OTR ID will be generated

Scholarship Application (Post-OTR)

Log in using your OTR ID and password
Select the appropriate scheme (fresh or renewal)
Fill in your academic, personal, and income details
Upload all required documents in scanned format
Submit the form and download the final copy
Submit the printed application form and documents to the College Scholarship Cell

Last Date for Online Submission: As per official UP Scholarship Portal
Last Date for Hardcopy Submission in College: Within 7 days of online submission

Smartphone and Tablet Distribution Scheme

Overview

The Government of Uttar Pradesh has launched the DigiShakti Scheme with the vision of empowering students through digital education. Under this scheme, eligible students are provided free smartphones and tablets to support their academic pursuits and enhance digital literacy. At Bhaila PG College, Bhaila (Saharanpur), we are proud to be a participating institution in this progressive initiative. The distribution process is carried out through the official DigiShakti Portal developed by the Government of Uttar Pradesh.
